Cindy Joy (Rodgers) Rose, 59, of Tracy/Roberts Island, CA, passed away on February 16, 2023, at Stanford Hospital, after a long and courageous battle with Leukemia.
Cindy was born on February 15th, 1964 to Cecil and Sandra (Klienschmidt) Rodgers in Tracy, California. She was raised in Roberts Island. Graduating from Tracy High School in 1982.
