I miss Cindy's talent in the tax office.  She was smart, had wide experience, was not afraid to do research, and understood accounting.  Losing Cindy left a lot of clients as orphans... so sad!
We are so sad to hear of Cindy’s death. She was a wonderful woman, not only professionally but personally. I always felt like I was visiting a good friend when I saw her at tax time. We had fun doing the taxes and her laugh and smile got us through even the tougher sessions. I will miss her so much. She was so proud of her family and was thrilled to become a Grandmother.  Our deepest condolences to Cindy’s family, friends, colleagues and clients. She was the best in every way.
It's tax time, so I did my usual reachout to Cindy -- and was sad to learn of her passing. She was a joy, whip-smart, and I always looked forward to our meetings. Condolences to her family --
My condolences to Cindy's family. I  met Cindy when she was a teacher for an HR Block tax class. She was a knowledgeable preparer and will be missed.

To Family and Friends,

  • Cindy is a amazing person. I shared lots of laughter with her the last few years being her manager.  When she told me that she was retiring I cried. I didn't want to lose her as a tax advisor but she earned it so I understood, I just knew how much I was going to miss her call and seeing her face. The news of her passing has been extremely hard for our whole team. Cindy- personally  I am going to miss all of the conversations, you are  beautiful in spirit , kindness and knowledge.  Rest in peace Cindy.  Forever in my heart. ❤ Sarah
I am so sad to hear of Cindy’s death. She was a talented tax professional who could be counted on to “do it right!” In a profession full of frustration over the last several years, that is a very high compliment.   Her love of quilting was something I did not know about - and is inspiring me to get to work on my fabric stash!
Kim and I met Cindy when we worked with Dan at Metrofone paging some 35 years ago.  She was always fun, joyful, full of spirt, and just really enjoyed life.  We will miss Cindy but she will always be in our hearts!    Thoughts and prayer are with Dan and the entire family.
Cindy was a good friend and a generous person.  She was a hard worker and very talented & resourceful. She made wonderful quilts and had a beautiful smile.  Rick & I will miss her.  Playing cards won’t be the same without her!
I first met Cindy and Dan at an 'after meeting' of Dan's Radio Club, at a piano bar called Ted's in Roseville. They were freshly married and had just bought a house in Woodbury.  The monthly 'after' meeting quickly evolved to a weekly Friday Night group- in which we shared people marrying, having babies, and losing loved ones.  We are a 'family' to this day, and the loss of Cindy doesn't change the reality that she will be with us still, every time we camp, shuffle the cards, or buy a yard of quilting fabric.  Family.
