Born in Buffalo, NY, November 29, 1958, she was the daughter of Joseph Harold Atherton and Lenora Esther Baker. Cindy was a loving mother, daughter, partner, and friend. She was a skilled artisan and worked in various businesses in Gowanda, NY. and in Macon, GA. She will be missed.
