Cindi's obituary
Cindi Elaine Toner passed away on April 12th, in Elizabeth Colorado. Cindi was a long time resident of Leoti Kansas and leaves behind a whole community of friends and family.
Cindi leaves behind her daughter Tia, grandson Bryson, sister Karen and cousin Kathy.
