我弟齐宏伟写的纪念慈民的文字：我第一次见到他，是在 PSU 的一次活动上。他吹起那支熟悉的口琴，吹的是爱国的旋律，让人动容。那天他还讲起自己做国际裁判的经历，说起他如何见证了中国逐渐被世界尊重、地位一步步提升。他的眼中有光，那是一种深深的自豪，也是一位老友对祖国的真挚情感。

慈民是一位有故事的人，热情、幽默、有担当。他的离去令人不舍，但他带来的温暖与启发，会一直留在我们心中。

Cimin will be missed by everyone who had an opportunity to meet & get to know him. He was such a nice man. I often left work early to watch my son's practice sessions for an hour or two. I noticed two things 1) just how much patience Cimin had for his gymnasts and 2) how often Cimin smiled!

Juan you took such good care of Cimin and you put your entire heart into helping him. Cimin knew that and  appreciated all you did for him. 

Xiao & Erik, know that  Cimin was so proud of you both.  It was clear that he loved you so much. 

May you all find peace in knowing that Cimin is no longer suffering. May the happy memories of Cimin replace your sad ones.

我们认识娟和慈民已经快30年了！ 他们俩都是非常乐于助人的人！ 他们也给了我很多帮助！ 尤其是2013年搬去德州前， 我需要把房子清理干净， 放到市场上卖掉，他们不但帮整理东西， 慈民还自己花钱帮我把我家里面18～19年积累的很多旧东西用他自己做的拖车送到垃圾场，我家儿子说， 他们真是我最好的朋友！在我家最需要帮助的时候， 给我及时的帮助！

愿慈民在天堂里再没有病痛！ 娟也能尽快恢复这么多年照顾病人的劳苦！ 两个孩子们也都继承父亲的优良品德， 坚强不息，永不放弃， 并且成绩显著， 慈民走前已经得到无比安慰！  愿慈民一家人都得安慰！愿慈民的音容笑貌永远跟家人朋友在一起！
