Chuck's obituary
Charles M. Bergeron went on to be with his Lord and Savior on August 20, 2021 at the age of 75. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Julie A. Bergeron (Smith), children Thesa Bryant (Daryll), Joy Parish (Tony), Elisha Whitten, Janessa Anderson (David), and Jesse Bergeron (Marisa), 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and sisters Lee Stanko, and Patty Bakey (Fred). He is preceded in death by his son Brance Ruben Bergeron, parents Francis and Evelyn Bergeron, and sister MaryLynn Campbell.
Charles was a Vietnam Veteran with the US Army. He spent his early married years as a Native American missionary, primarily with the Navajo Nation. He also ministered to orphans in Russia. Charles and Julie spent 28 years in Colorado raising their family, most of that time he worked for Simpich Character Dolls as a Master Mold Maker. His final years were spent in Chino Valley, AZ.
A celebration of his life will be held at Chino Valley Bible Church 317 Marketplace Dr., Chino Valley, AZ at 5pm Tuesday August 31, 2021, viewing starts at 4pm. Charles will be laid to rest at Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery - Camp Navajo in Bellemont, AZ.
