I have been trying to get in contact with Chris since early summer. He told me in our last correspondence. That he was in the hospital in Ohio and he was going to make it just fine. He was a really good friend of me. We bonded over bashing each other's football teams and talking about heavy metal music. I met him when I was the groundskeeper at his apartment complex close to Red Lion PA. And we stayed friends even when he moved. I remember running him around to do errands when he didn't have a vehicle. He would come to treat me like his son and talk to me like a father would giving advice on life lessons. I was really hoping that this would not be the outcome. I never got to say goodbye. But I guess he will have a bourbon on the rocks waiting for me when I get there. I'm going to miss you old man. You were a really good friend to me. Rest in peace my dear friend.

Very sorry for your loss. I’ll never forget watching Wrestlemanias and Royal Rumbles in your family’s basement, then acting out each match ourselves, at least until your Dad would come down to referee. Or riding bikes at top speed through your yard while he yelled at us to slow down, then doing the same through our yard so my Dad could yell the same thing!
Thinking of you and your family during this time. <3 SJ & Family
