CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM SHELTON, 68, of Fairhope, AL, passed away on October 12, 2022 after a courageous battle with colon cancer.

CHRISTOPHER was born on July 16th 1954 to Patrick and Regina in Nashville, TN. CHRISTOPHER graduated from Cohn High School in 1973. In 1980, he met Mary Ann, and they wed in 1983, going on to have 2 children, Chad and Angie.


CHRISTOPHER was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Mary Ann, Chad, and Angie and always tried his best to support them.


CHRISTOPHER was also a passionate woodworker and could often be found in his wood shop when he wasn’t in his recliner checking out the latest TV shows.


Anyone who knew CHRISTOPHER knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. CHRISTOPHER was predeceased by his father, Patrick Shelton; mother, Regina Shelton; and wife Mary Ann Shelton-Reynolds. He is survived by his son, Chad Shelton (Ashley); daughter, Angie Conners-Shelton (Doug); and three grandchildren, Emma, Addie, and Maverick. CHRISTOPHER'S loved ones have ensured his legacy will live on through his body donation, and through that generous decision, CHRISTOPHER will touch countless others who  will be forever impacted by their improved quality of life, made possible through this selfless gift. No celebration of life service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled. The family has designated American Cancer Society for memorial contributions.
