It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher "Chris" Moore Jr. on September 4, 2025. Born on May 7, 1980, Christopher was a man of incredible charisma, full of love and care for those around him. He had an evident preference for his full name, Christopher.
Christopher is survived by his loving family, which includes his mother, Diane Bell, his father, Christopher Moore Sr., and his dear sisters, Chanelle Mcelhaney and Kristina Allen. He also leaves behind his treasured children, Altese and Chrishya Moore. His step-father, Charlie Bell Jr., predeceased him.
Anyone who knew Chris was aware of his love for good food; Seafood and Soulfood were top on his list. He was an ardent fan of Micheal's music, and he spent many a relaxing evening engrossed in True Crime series. Among his favorite films were 'Temptation', and 'Five Heartbeats'. He also enjoyed cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles during the football season.
Chris found great joy in spending quality time with his family. From coaching his son's soccer games to backyard cookouts, these moments were his favorite recreational activities. Away from home, he loved vacationing in New Jersey, and the color green held a special place in his heart.
Known for his sweet, caring, loving, and charismatic personality, Christopher made a huge impact on everyone he met. His best life advice was simple yet profound: Love yourself. The birth of his children were paramount achievements in his life and a source of immense pride.
Christopher's legacy is one of love and light. His infectious laughter, warm hugs, and captivating storytelling will be greatly missed, but they will remain in the hearts of those who loved him. "Chris" will always be remembered as a beloved father, son, and brother whose memories will continue to inspire us. Our hearts are heavy, but we take comfort in knowing his spirit lives on through his family and friends.
