I have worked with DDM forever as a vendor, so I knew Christine a long time. I learned early if I did exactly what she wanted my life was a lot easier. I love people like this. She was there for our family when my son had his accident and we shared much over the years. I will truly miss her. Our condolences to your family.

A favorite memory for me of Christine was from the time that my dad launched his Frederic branch of his business with Christine running the office and Steve Schutz doing sales. My dad, Wayne Leyendecker greatly appreciated Christine’s abilities but also cared for her like a daughter. Steve and Christine bought a modest home East of Frederic (which means it truly was in the middle of NOWHERE). Christine made that little place so cute with her wonderful interior design ability and her warm heart.

Courtney and family, my heart breaks for you. Christine had such a particular zest for life, whether signing up for triathlons, biking more miles than I could ever imagine, or snagging all the Get Fit Get Paid competitions at ddm. And don't get me started on her deep love for March Maddness!

But whether competing or supporting us in various office tasks, she was there for us. I bet that is how you've felt for years. She has always cared so deeply for you and your boys (including the tall one you married).

I know this is a difficult time and I just want to share that she was a very special person. And that love, care and those memories will live on in you and your family.
