Christina's obituary
“She loved fiercely, lived gently, and gave freely.”
Christina Lynn Whitefoot
September 17, 1976 – March 27, 2025
Christina Lynn Whitefoot passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025, at the age of 48. She was born in Brighton, Michigan, and spent much of her life surrounded by the things that brought her joy—family, nature, music, and animals.
Christina had a kind, generous soul and was known for her beautiful smile, her quick laughter, and her boundless compassion for others. A talented dancer in her youth, she graced the stage in Holly, Michigan, and carried that same spirit of grace throughout her life. She loved spending time outdoors, growing plants and flowers, and creating floral arrangements. Her home was often filled with music—of every kind—and the joyful chaos of her beloved dogs, Lucifer and Mazicaine.
She was the kind of person who found beauty in simple moments and gave love freely to those around her. Her warmth, kindness, and ability to lift others up will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Christina is survived by her loving husband, Paul Sievertson; her children, Alex Pierce and Andrew Sievertson; her father, Robert Whitefoot; her sisters, Jessica Dendy, Danielle VanWyck, and Marcie Whitefoot; her mother-in-law, Karen Sievertson; and her father-in-law, Pat Bafile. She also leaves behind eight nieces and nephews who adored their Aunt Christy.
She was preceded in Heaven by her mother, Deborah Whitefoot, her grandparents Jack and Marline Grisham, and grandparents Otis and Ann Whitefoot
Though she is no longer with us, her love continues to bloom in all the lives she touched.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
