Chrissy's obituary

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Christina "Chrissy" Felger, born May 15, 1996, who left us too soon on July 1, 2024. Chrissy was a vibrant, loving soul whose laughter and kindness touched everyone she met.

Chrissy is survived by her mother, Wendie Kollar, step-father Jake Kollar, brother Alex Felger, sister Cortney Lee, grandmother Torri Kollar, grandfather Rodger Kollar, partner Jake Durham, aunt Chrystal Jenkins, and grandfather Stephen Jenkins Sr. She also leaves behind her uncles Steve Jenkins Jr. and Joe Jenkins, brother-in-law Tyler Lee, niece Lexi Maynard, and nephews Wyatt Felger, Kailan Lee, and Kellen Lee.

She joins her late grandparents Teresa Lindley, Margaret Cope, Kelly Cope, Barbra Jenkins, and Thurlo Jenkins in eternal rest.

Chrissy was a vibrant, funny and compassionate woman who believed that the true inner light comes from within. She was known among her peers for her devotion and loving nature. She loved snacks, milk, ice cream and was an avid fan of Akon. Her favorite TV show was 'Creepy pasta' and she enjoyed spending her leisure time playing 'Fortnite'. She found joy in watching 'Frankenstein' and loved to engage in games.

One of her most memorable moments was participating in a school play in 2003. She also held a special place in her heart for animal welfare. She adored the color green and celebrated her 21st birthday in 2017 with joy and enthusiasm.

Chrissy's achievements include her high school graduation, but her greatest accomplishment was the love she shared with those around her. She deeply affected the lives of many, often without realizing the scope of her influence. Christina's legacy will always be one of love and compassion. In her absence, we are left with a sense that the world is a less vibrant place without her.

Her passing has created a void that will never be filled. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate her life, cherishing the many moments of joy and happiness she brought to our lives. Her spirit lives on in all who loved her and she will forever be missed.
