Christina Ann Ellis passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 22nd 2020 at 12:38am. Christy passed away after a short yet fierce battle with cancer in the home of her life long friend Nancy Weigand in Navasota Texas.
Christy was born at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Houston Texas to parents Linda Robyand Charles Griffith . She was very family focused, and took pride in raising her children.Christy enjoyed helping others and would do anything in her power to help a loved one. Christy was known to frequently go above and beyond for anyone in need, and not because she felt obligated to, but because that's just the type of person she was.
Christy will never be forgotten, and her memory will be survived through her four children: Payton, Triston, Kaydon, Lily; two grandchildren: Niah and Elijah; Fiancé Curtis; best friend Nancy, Todd and children ; siblings: Jarod and Taylor; as well as Sandy, Mildred, Kelly, Melodee, Amy, and many others not mentioned here.
All of these people and countless others have helped shape Christy into the strong, kind, caring women we all know and love. Although these days, weeks, months and years Christy will be physically missing from our lives, she is with us always and we can all help keep her spirit alive by living a life as she did. Stand up for what is right, be kind to any and everyone, and always show compassion towards others.
