Christina's obituary

Christina Marie Acevedo, 41, of San Antonio Texas, passed away on September 17th,2021,  after a fierce battle with Lupus and COVID-19.  Christina was born on September 15th, 1980 to Esmeralda Ochoa and Rogelio Solis Jr. in Melrose Park, Illinois. In 2000, She gave birth to her daughter, Jennifer, and in 2012 she had her son , Aaden. When Christina had Jennifer, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Christina excelled at propping up members of her family and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. Whether she was helping them through a hard breakup or through a loss, she made it her mission to improve the lives of others. Christina was a passionate crafter and avid discount store shopper and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her San Antonio home helping Aaden with his homework. We will miss her greatly. The family asks that all flowers and notes are sent to the children on Christina. The celebration of life was done on October 15th, 2021 at 4pm and was located at The First Baptist Church in Downtown San Antonio, Texas.
