Christian Blake Callahan, 62, of Savannah, Tennessee, passed away on October 12, 2023. He was born on February 25, 1961, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Chris was a strong, loving, funny, smart, and driven individual. He was known for his providing nature and his strong faith in Christianity. Chris was prayerful and found solace in his relationship with God.

Chris was a devoted family man and is survived by his wife, Tabbi Callahan, and his children: Josh Callahan, Ashley Shutts, Brittany Lerro, Krisi Anderson, Cally Wood, Kimme, Clara, and Cole. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Anna Grace, his mother, Wilma Hornung, his twin brother, Eric, his sister, Michelle, his brother, Peyton, and his grandson, Joey. Chris is also survived by his father, Lloyd Callahan, and his step-mother, Betty Callahan, as well as his brother, Patrick Callahan. Also his grandchildren  Avery, Tyler, Anthony, Fynleigh, Luke, Logan, and Jax.

In his free time, Chris enjoyed outdoor walks, laying in his hammock, taking naps with his beloved cat Pumpkin, studying scripture, and attending his children's ballgames. He found joy in these simple pleasures and cherished the time spent with his family.

Chris was a faithful member of Hopewell Baptist Church, where he worshipped and taught Sunday School. His faith played a significant role in his life and provided him with strength and comfort.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Chris's memory to Bibles for the World and Laurel Lake Baptist Camp. These organizations were close to his heart, and any support would be greatly appreciated.

Chris will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. The family will join together in Kentucky to have a small memorial ceremony. Chris will be buried with his twin brother, Eric, at Resthaven Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
