DAWSON, Christena Louise

Peacefully, at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound, on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in her 77th year. Christena, lovingly known as Tena, was the cherished wife of the late David Powell. She will be deeply missed by her beloved daughters, Shannon Powell and Carolyn Adams and their respective partners Brock Beldham, and Nick Adams. Tena was a proud Nana to Dawson, who was the light of her life, and her bonus grandchildren Quinn and Rowan.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Brown Family Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound. A Funeral Service will be held in her honor on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 11 AM at the Alliance Church, 440 7th Ave East, Owen Sound. Following the service, cremation will take place.
