Background
On May 13th, 2025, my family suffered a tragic loss. Chris Vruno Jr. passed away unexpectedly at only 38 years old. He was a son, brother, father, grandson, and a great friend.
In his life, he wanted everyone around him to smile and laugh. He was quick to crack a joke or be a goofball by throwing on a hotdog costume in the middle of Target. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and fiercely loved the family and friends around him. We loved him back more than can be put into words.
We are asking for help on behalf of his mother, Lydia, and the rest of our family to cover financial needs during this time. The family needs help with funeral costs, bills, and lost wages while away from work during this time of mourning and grief. These financial needs add up quickly, and we are asking for help to provide relief as we navigate what this new reality will look and feel like.
The memories of shenanigans that our siblings got into, the endless comedic stories from the people who knew him best, and the memories he created and left with us all will forever be cherished. Please keep sharing these memories with us.
I don't know if anyone is ever really prepared for a loss like this. We appreciate the love and kindness; thank you all very much for the support. Contribute
