Chole Dawn Mann was born April 1 2004 in Florida to Vicki Kemp and Bo Mann... She Moved to Charlestown Indiana In 2017 with her mom to start a new chapter in life... On December 3rd she was called home for eternal rest.. Her Mom is a single parent of 4 and needs help with funeral cost... Chole was the life of the family (the Glue).. She would always find away to make people smile and laugh if they were in a bad mood, she was very smart, Beautiful and a Joy to be around... At Only 16 she was very creative in art, a Fashionista and a role model to many..
