Chloé Dahn passed away in the embrace of family on November 19, 2022 at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.

Chloé was born on September 29, 2021 to Carl Dahn IV & Christine Long of SpringHill Florida. Chloé's three older brothers Carl Dahn V, Travis and Gerald Long and older sister Lucia. Chloé was born with a chromosome disorder called Trisomy 18 with that came alot of challenges. Chloé was a little fighter. Despite her short time on earth, she was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around her.

Chloé will be forever remembered and loved by her grandparents: Joanne&Carl III Dahn. Diane&David Long and Karen Lenard. Chloé's aunt & uncle Jessica &Ryan Pride  and Scott Dahn. Her beautiful cousin's Brady, Aria, Nikolaus and Lalita. All her amazing family in Connecticut. Her medical team from Tampa General Hospital, All Children's Hospital and Sable Palms where Chloé was a resident. She may have been incompatible with life but definitely not incompatible with LOVE. Chloé left her little footprint on everyone whom had the amazing opportunity to be apart of her life.
