It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Cheryl, a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and loving sister. We are finalizing homegoing arrangements and updates will be available as soon as planning has been completed.

Cheryl Joanne Lowe, 67, entered eternal rest with family by her side. She was the fourth child of Curtis Lowe Jr. and Carol Charles Lowe. She was raised in a Christian home and attended Lee Memorial AME Church. Cheryl was formerly educated in Cleveland Public Schools, attended Purdue University, and was employed by the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company. Cheryl was a devoted mother to Ciara, and she enjoyed baking and all genres of music.
