Cheryl was born on February 18, 1957 to Duane and Elsie Eastman of Mill Village, PA. After graduating from Fort LeBouf in 1975, she married and had 2 children, Selissa Chapman of Cambridge Springs and Denise (Frank) Rodgers of Saegertown, Pa.
