Shera and Kristin, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I started thinking of all the times we spent the night together at your house, all the breakfasts she made us, the laughter we shared at Shera driving so slow to the gas station because we were on E and Cheri was laughing at you and you even turned the radio off so it wouldn’t use the gas up (I think we were going to church)! All the times we made Kristin leave and Cheri would ask us to be nicer so we would get her and play a game. Remember coaching her in basketball? I’m pretty sure your mom helped her make us all cards on the computer for that. I’m pretty sure I still have it in a keepsake book. She could always smile and hug and make me feel better. She would listen and actually hear us when we talked. I always felt wanted at your house and knew I was safe and cared for. She was so loved by so many, and I loved growing up with you and her as a “mom” to me. All my love and prayers to you and your families.

I was heart broken when I heard of  her’s passing.   She was a kind, generous, sweet, loving person.  I was so grateful to call her my cousin and friend.   I look forward to the day that I will be able to see her again.

Tom and I send love and prayers to all the family ❤️
