I had drafted this message intending to send it to Chaunce the day after I had spoken with her; she died that evening:

"Hi, Chauncine!  Thank you for showing up so beautifully in my life -- right on time, every time. Your smile still brightens my world when I see you in my mind's eye, and I am grateful. Take whatever rest you need and know you are Loved. Hugs hugs~"

Oh, how I miss this precious woman.
