Chase's obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Chase Dunphy, on August 19, 2023. Born on March 29, 1995, Chase brought joy to this world for 28 years with his loving, optimistic, and creative spirit. His free-spirited nature made every moment with him a unique adventure. Chase lived his life guided by the principle of loving one another, and his lessons of kindness will continue to resonate in the hearts of many.

Chase is survived by his mother and stepdad, Denise Huyler and Nick McCallion and his father, Keith Dunphy, Grandmother, Patti Doran, Uncles, Patrick & Robbie Doran, Uncle Brett and Aunt Lindsay Doran. His loss will be deeply felt by the entire extended family, as well as the many others whose lives were touched by his generous spirit. Chase had an incomparable ability to brighten a room with his energy, and his loving presence will be sorely missed.

A Celebration of Life for Chase will be held on August 26, 2023, at 11am at the Martin Auto Museum and Event Center. Those who knew and loved Chase are invited to share in this celebration, to honor the beautiful soul that he was, and the wonderful legacy he leaves behind. Chase's love of life was contagious, and we hope to celebrate his life with the same warmth and joy he shared with us.

In an age where the world can often feel cold and distant, Chase was a beacon of warmth and kindness.  He endlessly sought opportunity to lift people's spirits of those around him. His legacy will continue to inspire and uplift those who knew him, as we remember his caring heart and cherish the memories we created with him. We will continue to honor Chase's legacy of kindness by living life true to his lessons of love and understanding.

May we all seek to emulate Chase's unwavering optimism and creative spirit, as we navigate life in his absence. Even in death, Chase's spirit continues to inspire and guide us towards a more loving and compassionate world.  In closing, a quote from Chase's favorite movie, we will somehow need to find the strength to "Keep on keepin' on".
