My wonderful memories of my sweet lady Ms. Cheryl started when we met her at church, she always made me feel better when she smiled at me, her warmth and tender heart toward others, we needed a place to stay for two weeks before we had to departure to our next duty station cross country, she didn't hesitate to take us in. We were loved like family, those two weeks we felt at home, she cooked so deliciously and we shared wonderful conversations together. After that, we kept in touch from time to time, my only wish is, I wish I stayed closer even in the distance. It hurts to know she is no longer here but it also warms my heart to know that she is no longer in pain. She is resting in the arms of Jesus. Thanks to her and her beautiful family for all the love given to us.

God Bless you all during this time in your lives. My sincere condolences.

My sincere condolences. I’m sorry I’m in Canada visiting family and unable to attend memorial service. May the Lord be with each of you in your time of deep sorrow. Charlyn will be missed by many. I treasure the many memories I have with the Armstrong family.

Charlyn set her mind on what was and is important.  The best sister one could ever ask for.  Jesus first priorities.   Scott

James 4:8. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.

What a loving sweet gentle mom. Heaven is better because she’s there!
