It is with great sadness to announce Charlotte Ann Mooney 66 , of Bakersfield, California went to be with the Lord and entered eternal rest on January28th 2021. She was a loving and devoted mother & grandmother. She is survived by 2 daughters Jacynth Mooney and Tessa Kaplan as well as 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as her sister Donna Sylvia and many nieces & nephews. She was proceeded in death by her Mother Sally and father Cleo ,her husband James, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Her last years were surrounded with love from her family. She will be missed deeply. Private Services Will Be Held.
