Charlotte Bell Gooden, 90, of Santa Cruz, California, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, born May 28, 1934, Charlotte was a beloved mother, businesswoman, and member of the United Methodist Church A successful property owner in Santa Cruz, California, and Sulphur Springs, Texas. Charlotte’s passion for gardening brought beauty and joy to her life and everyone around her. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Warren L. Gooden and Jim Jessen, and her son, James Jessen. She is survived by her children, Joe Aliberti, David Jessen, Daryl Jessen, Sue Jessen, Bobby Jessen, Marilyn Gooden, and 12 grandchildren.
