She is survived by her husband, Cecil of Arizona; her daughters Carmen of New York and Carnita of Texas; her son Casey of Arizona; eight cherished grandchildren; three adored great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins from the Bryant and Burnett families, as well as beloved Winn family members. Charlotte’s home was often filled with good food and music—especially hip hop—laughter, and the joy of family gatherings.
A mother not only to her own children but also to those who needed guidance and encouragement, Charlotte’s nurturing spirit left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those she touched.
May Charlotte’s memory bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
