Background
On May 21st, my brother, Chuck Gray, passed away unexpectedly in his home. He left behind his precious daughter, Dempsey Gray. Dempsey was the center of Chuck's world. At only 13 years old, this is obviously both heartbreaking and overwhelming for her. We are rallying together as a family to support Dempsey and her mother, Jodi Aherens Gray during this time of grief.
From what we can understand so far, it looks like it will be 5-6 months before the estate and life insurance are settled. In the meantime, we will help to keep them supported, but we are asking that in lieu of flowers, donations are made to a fund to assist with final arrangements, mortgage, and bills over the next 6 months. Should there be any excess funds, these will be put into an education trust for Dempsey towards college.
We are still working out the details of a memorial down the road but would love any pictures, videos, and stories people would like to share with Dempsey and our family. Contribute
