I’m so thankful that John and I got some time to hangout with Chuck at the 2024 Ulen 4th of July reunion. I hadn’t seen him in years and it was like we never missed a beat. John heard the stories of a Florida kid learning about cold lakes and floating rafts; bears on the trail to the outhouse; the big machines in the mines; on and on. We talked and laughed for a long time. Crazy Chuck with mischief in his smile. Much love to Vicky and the family. His warm hugs will be missed. Marilyn Ulen Kleinhans.
