Charles F. "Snarf" Trotter - age 62 of Gallatin, MO passed away Wednesday morning, January 13th, 2021 at Cameron Regional Medical Center in Cameron, MO. Charles was born on April 20th, 1958, the son of Charles James and Murvle Loetta (Parish) Trotter in Houston, TX. He grew up in the Kansas City area.
