Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
Our dear friend Charity Swindell has been through an unimaginable journey over the past nine months. In January, her husband Chuck was in a tragic head-on collision, and he has been fighting for his life ever since. After months of hospital stays, treatments, and relentless efforts from his medical team, Chuck peacefully passed away this morning.
Charity has been by his side every step of the way. From sleepless nights in the hospital to navigating the overwhelming emotions of watching her beloved husband fight for his life, she has shown incredible faith, strength and grace. Charity lovingly and painstakingly cared for Chuck at home for months, tending to his every need with incredible strength and dedication. Despite the challenges, she remained by his side, ensuring he was surrounded by love and comfort every step of the way. Unfortunately, this journey has taken a significant financial toll on Charity, and the funeral costs are far more than expected.
Chuck and Charity thought they had everything prepared, including their burial plots, but they recently discovered that it did not cover the cost of preparing his body for burial. Now, Charity is facing over $20,000 in unexpected funeral expenses during an already heartbreaking time.
We are asking for your help. Whether you can contribute financially or simply share this page with others, any support will be a blessing to Charity during this devastating time.
