Charles Leon Smith was born on March 10, 1933 to Charlie Lewis Smith and Mollie Mae Ash Smith whom both proceeded him in death. He was also Proceeded in death by h is granddaughter Hope Edmunds and son Charles Smith Jr, brothers Joe Bray, Ben Bray, an William "Tommy" Bray and son-in-law Dana Edmunds.
