Charles Harold Smeltzer of Harker Heights, Texas passed away on November 7, 2021.
Charles was born on September 16, 1950 to Norman and June (Shipe) Smeltzer in Folsom, Pennsylvania. He married the love of his life, Paula Peppers on June 9, 1973. It was his prestigious honor to serve in the United Sates Air Force for twenty-two years. He graduated from Park University in 2010 with a B.S. in Management/Finance.
Charles is survived by his devoted wife, Paula Smeltzer, his dear Son, Jonathan Smeltzer and his wife Nora, and his loving Daughter, Candice Caldwell and her husband Robert, and his 6 grandchildren D’Andre Smeltzer, Robert Caldwell II, Malaikha Smeltzer, Isabella Caldwell, Grace Caldwell, and Daniel Smeltzer. He is also survived by his brothers Norman Smeltzer, William Smeltzer, Monty Smeltzer, Vernon Smeltzer and Carl Smeltzer, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Charles was pre-deceased by his beloved daughter, Andrea Lynn Smeltzer, who met him at the gates of heaven.
