Background
The financial need for assistance stems from the unexpected passing of Charles (Chuck) Simmons. This death was sudden and no funds were set aside to help mitigate. Any funds raised would go to help lessen the impact on the family members affected such as funeral planning, medical costs, and owed living expenses.
