I just found this. I have been trying to get in touch with Charlie for so many years. He was a dear friend, we worked together at Avaya. Our families went to Rome together.
Rest In Peace my friend.

Like Jamie, I also found out about the loss of Charlie through the BC Alumni magazine. Charlie was a roommate of mine for one semester in '77-'78 at BC. Both being into athletics (I played hockey) and mathematics, we got along nicely. Though we did not stay in touch after college, I often tried to search Charlie out on Facebook, etc. I am profoundly sorry to hear of his passing, and may the loving memories of his time with us ease your sorrow.

Hi All,
I just read about Charlie's passing in our BC Alumni magazine--my deepest condolences. I swam at BC one year with Charlie....he was a great guy and a great swimmer! So sad to hear of his passing at such a young age. What a wonderful write up of Charlie--you all made my day. May he Rest In Peace. Praise God, Jamie Dahill NJ

The rosary which is said several times daily will be dedicated for the nurturing of the soul of Charles John Scheid from his sister-in-law, Carrie, from November 4th, 2019 through November 3rd, 2020. God bless you all during this , your sorrow.
Additionally a Mass is being said for the repose of Charles' soul at St. Genevieve's Church, Shoreham, Vermont, the first Saturday in August 2020. Love and little Prayers, Charles's boys' Auntie Carrie
