Ripley, Charles R. moved on to eternal rest having enjoyed 71 years of life. Charles was one of the oldest people in the world with Prader-Willi Syndrome. You could often find Charles with his fanny pack, singing, laughing and bringing others joy. Charles loved to drink Frappuccinos, play monopoly, and play with his human and pug friends.
