My condolences to Charles Scott's family. I first met Charles Scott when I became his patient in 2021 and we would have great appointment conversations. I only found out about his death from my customer Dr Scott Stein, whom I asked if he knew Dr Perkins.

We are so shocked and saddened to learn of Scott’s passing.  He was a man of many interests and talents and a good father to his energetic brood.  Adventurer, philosopher, steadfast,  nurturing, creative.  He was many things and had a lust for life.  We send our love and deepest condolences to all his family.
