It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Charles Otten on April 28, 2026. Charles was born in the year of 1951 and lived a vibrant life full of joy, kindness, and love. He was a man of passion, whose love for his family and the simple pleasures in life embodied who he was.

Charles is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Otten, his loving children, Kathryn Lundy, Matthew Otten, Christopher Otten, and Michael Otten, and was the cherished grandfather to Maddison Otten, Mallory Lundy, Donna Lundy, and Shelby Lundy. He also leaves behind his dear sister, Constance Otten. His warmth and charisma will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

Charles had an impeccable taste for life. He relished in food, especially anything accompanied with bourbon. His preferred beverage was, unsurprisingly, bourbon on the rocks. A man of refined taste, he was a devoted fan of The Beatles and his movie of choice was 'Top Gun'. A spirited fan, he loved watching the Cincinnati Bengals play football - a team he supported wholeheartedly.

He was an explorer at heart, often finding peace and relaxation in the beaches of The Bahamas, his favorite vacation spot. His love for his city of Cincinnati was evident in his frequent visits to local spots, notably the Cincinnati Bengals’ stadium.

Amongst his many accomplishments, Charles was most proud of being a father. His kindness and genuine love for his wife will forever be his enduring legacy. His life was a testament of unwavering dedication to his family and unfiltered love for life's simple pleasures.
