So sad to hear of Chuck’s passing. In the time and conversations that got to share with him was and always will be remembered!
RIP Chuck, condolences to the family. I saw Chuck a couple of times a week at the office. Always smiling and a sense of humour that will never be forgotten.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Chuck's passing. He was such an authentic and generous person, always ready to lend a helping hand. Chuck reported to me at Coast Capital for several years, and during that time, I witnessed countless acts of kindness from him.

One particular instance stands out in my mind. We had an employee in the office who suffered from back pain and needed a height-adjustable desk. Normally, we would accommodate her by moving her to a different desk, but she needed to stay with her team, none of whom had the appropriate desk.

One evening, after everyone had left, I heard some noise from the other side of the office. To my surprise, I found Chuck there by himself with a new desk and a bunch of tools. After his long shift, on his own time, Chuck was installing the much-needed height-adjustable desk for this employee.

This is just one of the many acts of kindness I saw from Chuck.  He was such a great and and he will be missed by so many people.

Condolences to your Family..

Dear Laura and Family,

I am so deeply saddened on Chuck's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him for over 14 years, during which his presence was a constant source of positivity and encouragement. His ability to blend that warm smile with a sarcastic scolding over safety issues was truly unique and so funny.

One of my fondest memories of Chuck is from the time I brought my son, Andy, to work for "Bring Your Grade 9 Student to Work Day." When Chuck discovered that Andy aspired to be an engineer, he didn't hesitate to take him on a special tour in the Coast Capital truck. They visited the tower at Central City, where Chuck showed Andy the intricate mechanics of the building. This gesture, which was so characteristic of Chuck's generous spirit, left a lasting impression on Andy. Today, as an electrical engineer, Andy remembers Chuck fondly and often reflects on that pivotal day.

Chuck's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to Chuck's family. I am so sorry to hear of this loss and in my many years of working at HHQ, he was always a constant and I remember many of our interactions.
My deepest condolences to Chuck's family. Though I only knew him for a few years working at Coast Capital Savings, the calls I would with him at Service Desk were always memorable. While he'll always talk about the technical issue at play, we'd always share personal experiences and small stories while we were performing troubleshooting steps, waiting for machines to reboot, and the like. Always down-to-Earth and you can tell he had a lot of wisdom to pass around. Always shared something that'll give me a chuckle as well. His passing was such sudden and sad news to me, and I'll miss chatting with him again. May his soul be at peace.
I am so sorry to hear chuck passed away. I had many interactions with him during our move from Central City to HHQ. He was always so kind and chill. Heartfelt condolences to the family.
