Obituary
Charles Norman Bowen passed away on February 25, 2024 at Riverside Hospital. He was 44. He preceded his Father Charles Norman Bowen. Survived by his Grandparent's Claude & Judy Vance, Mother Myrtle Bowen, Sister Lisa Bowen, Nephew Joshua Bowen, Daughters Harmony Bowen & Tiffany Galentine & 3 Grandchildren. Many Aunts, Uncle's & Cousins. He loved his family very much.
