Charlie was married to Mary Jane (Weaver) Nispel. He was the Son of William and Mary (Harris) Nispel, both deceased. He is survived by his children - Rodney, Sharon, Frank, Beverly, Crystal, Ashley and Charles, Jr. (Chuckie) , his Grand Children and four siblings. Also his Father in law, Earl Weaver. He was predeceased by a grand child and a brother Charlie loved his family and enjoyed attending family get togethers. He loved each of his children and grand children. Charlie worked hard to provide for them. He was loved by all his nieces and nephews and will be remembered for making them laugh. Charlie had many friends and was always ready to lend a helping hand. Give Mother and Daddy a big hug for us. I know you missed them very much.
