One of my greatest memories of Uncle Charlie, was the winter on 1986. The WHOLE family was together at my grandmothers house. He and I went to the mall, looking for a Christmas  gift for Nana Riskamm. Long story short, we were chatting about seatbelts. At that my parents did not enforce us to wear them (or at least I don’t remember them doing so. As we were headed back, he said something the the effect, that he made my cousins wear theirs, because knowing his luck the door of the van would pop open and their heads would go bouncing down the road like basketballs.
