Henry was born on March 5, 1959, in Springfield, Illinois. He dedicated his life to his family and his work, known for his unwavering support and kindness. He was married to his soulmate, Paula McHale, for 35 years. Together, they shared a beautiful life filled with love, laughter and countless cherished memories. Their partnership was an inspiration to all who knew them.
Throughout his life, Henry was a man of great integrity and compassion. He had a passion for helping others, which was evident in his career as a community outreach coordinator. His colleagues admired him for his dedication and his ability to forge deep connections with those he served. Henry was also an avid gardener and enjoyed spending weekends tending to his plants, which reflected his nurturing spirit.
Henry leaves behind his loving wife, Paula, and their three devoted children, Jennifer, James and Mark, who will forever carry his legacy in their hearts. He is also survived by a close-knit group of friends and extended family who will miss his warm smile and generous heart.
In light of the ongoing pandemic, a private memorial service will be held, with plans for a celebration of life to be announced at a later date, where friends and family can gather to honor the remarkable man Henry was.
