It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Manning, who was born on May 16, 1947, and passed away on Feb 16, 2024. Charles was a loving father, brother, and friend known for his intellect, resilience, and determined spirit.

Charles is survived by his beloved children; Jessica Sos, Ian Manning, and Taryn Manning. His memory will also be cherished by his surviving siblings; Elaine Kupcinski, Gregory Manning, and Theresa Nowakowski. These family bonds were the heart of his existence, providing him with much joy and pride.

His loving wife, Donna Manning, whom he married  in 1976, predeceased Charles. 

In approximately 1970, Charles embarked on a career journey at Rohm and Haas, followed by joining the team at Picatinny Arsenal in 1981. He was a dedicated professional, well respected in his field. His notable accomplishments also included earning a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. His thirst for knowledge and determination to excel were integral parts of his character and contributed enormously to his success.
