CHARLES THOMAS "TOM" LARSEN, 82, of Dolan Springs AZ, peacefully passed away on September 4 2019, after a 7 year battle of Dementia and Alzheimers disease.
Tom was born on September 1 1937 to Jon and Deyon Larsen in Park City, Utah.
