Nathan becomes a Voyageur
1
Terri I am certain knows how special Keith was to me and my family over the past 32 years since we first met. A mentor, a fellow instructor and partner in Boy Scout wilderness leader training, a partner in the wild places camping and canoeing outdoors, most of all, a general good guy in having serious fun and jest together at all times.
"Missing Keith" is such an understatement for someone who has been such a dear friend and frequent companion for so many years. Keith was one of the original staff, who with me knew first-hand the historical characters and carried forward the ideals and mentorship and values of the BSA outdoor Voyageur training program. Not many of us oldsters remain to carry on the tradition.
I have many photos to choose from. I have included just a few of the outdoor variety that tell only a portion of Keith’s complete story. As he often said to me: "Be well, my friend."

Terri, I was so saddened to hear that Keith had passed. Such an advocate for youth - he has touched many lives both directly & indirectly. He was a sucker for a good cup of coffee in the smallest of places that he could find. Thinking of you...Chrys
