Charles(Popo) J. Townsend
Charles J. Townsend, lovingly known as “Popo” to his family, was born on June 25, 1935, in San Antonio, Texas, to Charles Lanning Townsend and Ruth Lillian Price. He passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the age of 90, with his daughter Janice by his side.
