Charles “Bernie” Dennison Jr., 47, was welcomed into his eternal home Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Bernie spent his final hours snuggled up with his loved ones. Staying true to his nature, he chose to give his family strength, support, laughter, and unconditional love, which provided him comfort. He did it his way.

No memorial events are planned
In typical Bernie fashion, he did not want a memorial service. I suppose he had enough of them throughout his military career, he just wanted to be remembered for the personal impact he made on each of us. Instead of a ceremony, honor his legacy by living a little more like him. Stand up for what you believe in, be your own biggest fan by belly laughing at your terrible dad jokes, love unconditionally (even when it hurts), smile and be a hugger.
