Charles Chaffie Jr. was born on January 1, 1966, in Helena, Arkansas, to Bertha Powell and Charlie Chaffie Sr.. He died October 12, 1966 in his hometown within a year of his birth.

Charles was preceded in death by his uncle: Leroy Powell, uncle: Lorenzo Powell, aunt: Jearl Dean Powell who all pasted on in Helena, Arkansas and had burials in St. Pete Cemetery. And his great grand father: Jettie Williams who also passed on in Helena, Arkansas.

Jordan Funeral Home in Helena, Arkansas held services. He had a burial on October 12, 1966 in St. Peter Cemetery accompanying his aunt and uncles.

Charles is survived by his parents and host of family and friends to mourn his passing.
